My sweets are broken, what can I do?

We take great care in packing your sweets but freeze-dried sweets are fragile and may occasionally crack in the post! However, if you're not happy with your order, please email us at info@freaze.co.uk and include pictures of the damaged sweets so we can get in touch with the postal service responsible for the delivery.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping times and costs will vary based on the destination.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you finalise your purchase. However, if you spend £30 you get free shipping on your order.
