- Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate for standard shipping across the UK. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Need your sweets sooner? Opt for express shipping at checkout to receive your order within 1-2 business days.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over £30.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Freaze is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
- If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or other household members. If you still can't locate your package, contact our customer service team at info@freaze.co.uk within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
