Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalised items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the transaction.
